I played sports all growing, eventually found that soccer was my true passion and I wanted to continue that to college. I committed to play at Southeast Missouri State and had the absolute best experience. It definitely was not all sunshine and rainbows. I moved into the dorms my freshman year and was completely clueless when it came to how to properly fuel my body while playing a collegiate sport. Coming from home cooked meals to college dinning was not easy and I was definitely NOT fueling my body how I needed to. I ended up gaining quite a bit of weight and having no idea why because I was a college athlete right? Well when you eat all the wrong things it doesn't really matter lol! That lead me down an even deeper hole of the restricting and binge cycle, and feeling hopeless. I ended up getting in contact with a registered dietitian who completely changed my outlook on everything. It was then that I completely feel in love with all things health and fitness. There is no better feeling then finding BALACNE in life and feeling GOOD in your body! My goal as a coach is to help you reach your goals and find BALANCE in life! I am a firm believer in NO quick fixes, they never last and are not sustainable!! It takes hard work and TIME to be where you want to be! The journey of ups and downs are what makes the end goal all worth it! I am so excited to start working with you!
